A Course-by-Course Journey

The Prelude: Amuse-Bouche

The evening begins with a series of small bites: Wild Shigoku Oysters, Kaluga Caviar Musseline, Croquettes, and JUK (Korean-style rice porridge).

Million Dollar Seaweed Salad & Chawanmushi

A delicate pairing of seasonal seaweeds and silky steamed egg custard, dressed with perilla and umeboshi vinaigrette.

House Signature Uni Pasta

A rich course highlighting Santa Barbara uni and bottarga. You can also add Kaluga caviar for an additional $30.

Binchotan Grilled Beef Bulgogi

A refined interpretation of Korean bulgogi, charcoal-grilled and served as a single, concentrated bite.

Meat Finale (Choice of One)

Choose between a 48hr sous vide short rib, Moroccan lamb rack, or 2oz A5 wagyu ribeye (+$50), served with potato fennel puree and vegetable medley.

Curated Wine Pairings ($80/person)

Includes 4 glasses: Ballarin Cremant de Bordeaux Brut, 2023 La Belle Citadelle Petit Chablis, 2023 Keenan Chardonnay, and 2019 Spitfire Cabernet Sauvignon.
