An Unforgettable Culinary Immersion in Yorba Linda
In the heart of Yorba Linda, The Wild Artichoke is preparing to host its most ambitious event to date. For the third consecutive year, Chef Andrew Joo and his team are unveiling a Valentine’s Weekend experience that transcends a standard meal.
The evening begins with a series of small bites: Wild Shigoku Oysters, Kaluga Caviar Musseline, Croquettes, and JUK (Korean-style rice porridge).
A delicate pairing of seasonal seaweeds and silky steamed egg custard, dressed with perilla and umeboshi vinaigrette.
A rich course highlighting Santa Barbara uni and bottarga. You can also add Kaluga caviar for an additional $30.
A refined interpretation of Korean bulgogi, charcoal-grilled and served as a single, concentrated bite.
Choose between a 48hr sous vide short rib, Moroccan lamb rack, or 2oz A5 wagyu ribeye (+$50), served with potato fennel puree and vegetable medley.
Includes 4 glasses: Ballarin Cremant de Bordeaux Brut, 2023 La Belle Citadelle Petit Chablis, 2023 Keenan Chardonnay, and 2019 Spitfire Cabernet Sauvignon.
We kindly ask for no modifications or substitutions as this is a curated 2-hour dining experience. While Saturday night is full, we welcome you to join us for a romantic lunch or a Friday/Sunday dinner celebration.
